$199 (HST included). You have designed your own fitness program, but would like to have it reviewed to make sure it is optimal for injury prevention and golf? The program review includes functional movement screens, fitness evaluation and golf swing mechanics analysis using the K-VEST. You will then receive an individualized fitness program that is safe, and optimized to help you meet your objectives.
A completed PAR-Q+ is required.
($99 CAD, 60 minutes) You would like to discuss current concerns, review self-designed programs for risk and optimization? Receive guidance through a checklist of steps that will allow you to take control of your fitness and acquire healthy swing mechanics.
Feel free to share any fitness evaluation, K-VEST reports, swing videos or other documented assessments you might have on hand.
Note: A completed PAR-Q+ will be required if you wish to obtain fitness program recommendations.

This includes, among other, proven FMS and TPI screens, as well as stability and mobility tests. Also included golf swing mechanics analysis using the K-VEST. This session last 60 minutes.

$149 (HST included) — in consultation with an authorized medical professional, Dan will conduct functional movement screens, fitness evaluation tets and golf swing mechanics analysis. The objective is to identify any functional movement dysfunction, golf-specific fitness limitation and swing mechanics issues that could lead to re-injury.
